By using the RehearseNow.ai website, platform, and service you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").
Basic Terms
- You must be at least 13 years or older to use this site.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may not use the service for any illegal, improper, or unauthorized purpose.
- You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, or display on the service or in connection with the service.
- You must not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from RehearseNow.ai.
- You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- RehearseNow.ai reserves the right to limit or suspend accounts exhibiting automated, abusive, or abnormally excessive usage patterns that degrade the service for other users.
- Violation of any of these agreements may result in the termination of your RehearseNow.ai account.
- While RehearseNow.ai prohibits such conduct and content on its platform, you understand and agree that RehearseNow.ai cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its site and you nonetheless may be exposed to potentially triggering or upsetting materials and that you use the service at your own risk.
Confidential Scripts and Uploaded Content
- You may upload scripts and other creative materials for rehearsal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use and upload any such content.
- RehearseNow.ai applies industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, secure storage, and access controls to protect uploaded scripts and recordings. However, no online system is completely secure.
- By using the service, you accept that you are solely responsible for the sensitivity of the content you upload and assume all risks if you choose to upload highly confidential materials.
- RehearseNow.ai disclaims all liability for any unauthorized access, leaks, hacks, or disclosure of uploaded content, including movie scripts or other confidential materials, except where required by applicable law.
License of Scenes
- The scripts and content you upload remain your property, but by uploading you grant RehearseNow.ai a limited license to process, display, and perform those materials solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- You may record and share performances of your own uploaded Scenes on social media platforms, provided you comply with any rights or obligations related to the content.
- You may record a Scene for a Demo Reel or Performance Reel only for the purpose of promoting your skills as an actor.
- You retain the right to use all Scenes and Content created during an active subscription even after the subscription is paused or terminated.
- You may not create unauthorized derivative works of RehearseNow.ai content or tools without written consent.
Payments and Billing
RehearseNow.ai offers subscription plans including Monthly and Annual options, as well as a Free tier. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the start of each billing cycle. Subscription fees, billing intervals, and plan details are displayed on our pricing page and at checkout before you confirm payment. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. RehearseNow.ai does not store your payment card details directly.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel before your renewal date.
Refunds
RehearseNow.ai offers a Free tier that provides access to core features without payment. Because you can fully experience the product before upgrading, all subscription payments are considered final once processed. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Free Trial
The Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and the annual fee will be charged.
Fair Use
RehearseNow.ai reserves the right to limit or suspend accounts exhibiting automated, abusive, or abnormally excessive usage patterns that degrade the service for other users.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the RehearseNow.ai service at any time.
- We may alter these Terms of Use at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We may reclaim or revoke usernames that are inactive, infringe on trademarks, or mislead others.
- We may remove Content and accounts we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or claim relating to these Terms or our Service, you must first contact us at info@rehearsenow.ai and allow a reasonable period of at least thirty (30) days for us to respond and attempt to resolve the issue before pursuing any formal legal action.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Georgia.
